1and1 is one the biggest hosting company around. They offer three different option for VPS servers. Their smallest VPS comes @ $29.00 per month. But most users would require at least the second option ($39.00, 256 mb RAM) if they are planning to run Plesk.1and1 VPS Price
1and1 VPS is priced very competitively. In fact it is the cheapest among the well known hosts, for high configuration VPS. VPS III at $59.00 is probably the best offer for VPS with 512 MB RAM.1and1 VPS Support
1and1 is not known for their support, but they do reasonably well. They offer standard features like toll free number and support tickets. They do reply to support tickets in short time, but toll free numbers may experience a relatively high hold time. Overall, 1and1 is okay if you wont need the support for simple issues.
