Managing sites, reselling hosting, moving sites from server to server etc. is just a matter of clicks with cPanel and WHM.
HostV also offer daily server snap shot back ups, which back ups the server and hosting accounts daily. The backups are stored on separate hard disks, making it even safer.
HostV servers are monitored 24/7 for downtime and they take care of server security as well. There is firewall, anti virus protection, spam prevention, ddos attack protection etc. to ensure complete security.

HostV offer all possible modes of customer support : Toll free lines, support tickets and live chat. Support tickets are good enough for most issues and reported time to reply is under one hour which is good. There has been occasional complaints of tickets taking more time, but generally the customer support is known to be fast and efficient.
There is also a customer forum, where users can discuss issues with other customers as well as the staff.
HostV Pricing
HostV prices start from $39.95 (paid yearly which become $49.95 if paid monthly) which is not the cheapest for VPS. But these are not basic VPS, but even the VZ1(basic) plan is of reasonable configuration and come with cPanel pre-installed and includes back ups and server monitoring. This is actually a good price for a managed VPS and considering the Double Ram offer and all add-on services, HostV is excellent value for money.

Recommendation
Within last two years or so, HostV matured a lot as a specialist VPS provider. Earlier there used to be lot of complaints about basic issues like DNS not working, control panel not set up and so on, but they get much better feedbacks these days. HostV is a good option for users looking for reasonably priced managed servers.
